I just dont really care to, but in the case of Prestman I will write a review on every platform I can find. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. I owned the car for around 3 months, and it was in the shop for various reasons for a total of *6 WEEKS* on and off during this time. There were two separate times the car stalled or the same check engine lights came back on within 30 minutes of leaving the Prestman service center. The car was a lemon, plain and simple. I spent over $1500 on repairs and tow trucks within 2 months of purchasing the car. On one occasion I took the jeep into Prestman for a scheduled repair. I took a day off work as I would have no car. It sat there for 8 hours before I called to check on the status and nothing had been done. The parts were never even ordered and no one bothered to call me. On another occasion (had owned it for 6 weeks at this point) the car was smoking/shaking and reporting a check engine code. I took it into the shop for probably the fourth time in a month, and told Tammie what all was going on. After three days I called to check on the status and NO ONE EVEN KNEW WHY I HAD BROUGHT IT IN. When I spoke to Dan, he said they fixed some other unrelated issue. I said "great, what about the smoking and shaking?" and he had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. No one had even started to work on figuring it out because it Tammie never told anyone. The service center has no clue what is going on. It is remarkable how unorganized they are. I finally sold the car back to Prestman for about $6000 less than I bought it. That is, until I found out the $3000 warranty was completely NONREFUNDABLE. Some of my family members own car dealerships, and this is apparently unheard of. The people at mountain america who financed the car were shocked when I showed them the paperwork. They couldnt believe it. Stay far away from this business. The prices are very attractive, and believe me there is a reason they are so low. More

Paris was wonderful. I understand that I bought a used car for my daughter and grandbabies but I was assured that the only service it needed was an oil change. They supposedly did this. Don’t buy here! This dealership that advertises selling “the highest quality vehicles possible” sold me a car with no primer under the paint, and $5,000 in hidden damage! Once I found out about the paint “the highest quality vehicles possible” sold me a car with no primer under the paint, and $5,000 in hidden damage! Once I found out about the paint, their old manager Travis offered to fix it by paying to install a Clearbra on the car and repaint the hood. My car was just in the shop and the manager told me he found $5000 in “hidden damages” inside the car including missing hardware and even the incorrect screws to hold the car together. I sent all the photographs of the damages to Daniel the service manager at the Salt Lake location and he blamed the builder they bought the car from, saying there’s nothing he could do and that Travis had just left his job so now the company has no one that cares about upholding their image or being true to their word of quality anymore. It’s sad when all the other employees there who heard my story before connecting me with management all understood and sympathized with my plight and then hearing over and over while on hold “we sell the highest quality vehicles possible”. What an insult. Avoid at all costs. More

Things to watch out on them- *** Don't buy their Extended Warranty, it does nothing for you, I purchased a car from them, thought it would be wise to buy this extended warranty, it did nothing for me, I still ended up paying over $900 dollars in repairs for an issue with the locks and air condition. You can't even get your money back, like one of the google reviews said, you're stuck with it for the length you purchase it. People it's a huge scam, dont buy it, when they try to sell you on it. This company partners with a company in Utah! **I also recommend you do a Google search on the vin number of the car you're looking to get from their Lindon or Salt Lake City dealership. *Thing they try to sell you on, is that car is going to be cheaper then buying a new car and sometimes even an used car. If I were people in Utah, I would recommend you go to a actual dealership that is reputable when you buy a salvage title, you thing you're getting awesome price but at the end of the day, car will cost you as much as you save or even more. In conclusion, I would recommend if you're looking at the Lindon or Salt Lake City dealership, do your homework first, they dont even work on their prices, even if their cars have dents or major issues on the cars. I will never recommend any of my friends or family to this place or ever buy a car from this place. Typical dishonest, greedy, and shady dealership. I purchased an extended warranty on a car that had been in a flood. I figured it would be a good thing to have. A few months later I started having mu I purchased an extended warranty on a car that had been in a flood. I figured it would be a good thing to have. A few months later I started having multiple electrical problems due to the flood water. I decided to use the warranty for a repair which I realized was not very good at all. I ended up paying several hundred dollars in diagnosis charges, shop fees, taxes, and the first 200.00 of the total repair cost. In addition to all of this the warranty wouldn’t cover a rental car for the several days my car was in the shop. Overall I still forked out about 500 bucks on a repair that was close to 600. What was this warranty even good for? So I decided I wanted to cancel my warranty and get a pro-rated amount back. When I called Prestman Auto I was finally able to get ahold of the finance manager (Traci) who was so fake on the phone. He pretended to be so sorry and sympathetic but informed me that I had signed some piece of paper back when I purchased the car which stated that I could only cancel within 3 days of the initial purchase, then I was out of luck after that. I found out from lots of other dealers and warranty companies to find out that this appears to be the only one that’s not refundable. Prestman has their own in house warranty and that makes sense as to why it’s so horrible. Stay away from this dealership. They are helpful and nice to you when your buying a car but after that could care less. They are your typical shady, dishonest, money hungry, used car dealership. Take note that all of the cars they sell gave salvaged titles because of floods, major wrecks, etc. It’s a gamble that i wish I never made. More
