When Robert L. Preston purchased his first auto dealership in 1989, he could only have dreamed about what it would grow into. Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in New Castle is just one of 10 dealerships and 12 brands that make up the Preston Auto Group. Drivers throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio rely on our dealership to meet their used and new Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram car, truck, van, crossover or SUV needs. In addition to being a leading dealership serving drivers in Ellwood City, Hermitage, Slippery Rock, Grove City, Pittsburgh, Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a big part of the community. Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston worked tirelessly to help raise $3.7 million to construct the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. Today residents both young and old rely on this premier facility for recreation, entertainment, and exercise. In addition, all members of the team at Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram donate time and money to worthy community organizations like the Salvation Army and the Akron Children’s Hospital. Hello, We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the exterior door handle. The warranty enhancement provides a remedy if one, or both sliding door locks are noisy, or, not functioning at all. The manufacturer will replace one, or both sliding door lock actuators at no cost to the consumer. Unfortunately, the exterior door handle is not covered under this enhancement. I understand the frustration that comes with having the vehicle in service for two days and we appreciate your feedback regarding your visit to Preston CDJR.
