I am extremely disappointed with my service experience at Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month for a camshaft repair that required multiple attempts. Parts were missin Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month for a camshaft repair that required multiple attempts. Parts were missing or improperly reinstalled, a tool was left in the engine bay, and the vehicle stalled shortly after final pickup. Despite being told the truck was inspected, I found multiple issues myself. While a few staff members were courteous, the overall quality of the work and attention to detail were unacceptable. I won’t be returning. More
The service team was great, they thought my Ram may need to be there for two days due to a large recall. They kept me in the loop the whole way in case I needed to pickup a rental they would provide. I took my Ram in for PA inspection and replacement of front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel sin front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel since I bought the truck new at Preston, but Kelly is at a level of outstanding in her job. Hopefully you also recognize that she is a great people person and knows what it takes to satisfy her customers. She was great to work with and I look forward to working with her in the future. She certainly knows what it takes to excel at her job and makes the dealership look even better. More

My engine light was on. After checking it they found out that it was my gas cap. They also drove care around to make sure the engine light did not come back on.
