The drop off was a little rocky as I was trying to explain the issue and the scheduler kept insisting on my VIN to check for recalls without listening to the actual issue. ⭐ 1-Star Review ⭐ Consumers, please be aware. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so consistently dishonest and frustrating that I feel obl I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so consistently dishonest and frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased an extended Fidelity warranty with my vehicle, and ever since then, every service visit here has been a headache. Despite having a nationwide warranty, the dealership repeatedly told me I could only get my vehicle worked on at their location and nowhere else in the United States, which is completely false. I verified this with Fidelity directly. This was clearly an attempt to box me in and control the charges — and it’s unacceptable. On three separate visits, they wasted my time, gave me the runaround, and still didn’t fix the issue. Each time, they pushed a $165 diagnostic fee even though I have a valid extended warranty that should cover diagnostics when the issue is related to a covered component. Instead of helping, they tried to scare me, upsell me, or inflate costs. What’s worse is that every time I asked simple questions about coverage or repairs, I got different answers depending on who I spoke to — none of which lined up with the actual warranty terms. It felt like they were hoping I’d just give up and pay whatever they asked. This dealership has shown me: ✔ Misleading information ✔ Pressure tactics ✔ Zero accountability ✔ A complete disregard for customers’ time I strongly recommend that anyone with a warranty double-check everything they tell you. Call your warranty company directly. Don’t take their word for anything. I will not be returning, and I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same experience. More
