I am extremely disappointed with my service experience at Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month for a camshaft repair that required multiple attempts. Parts were missing or improperly reinstalled, a tool was left in the engine bay, and the vehicle stalled shortly after final pickup. Despite being told the truck was inspected, I found multiple issues myself. While a few staff members were courteous, the overall quality of the work and attention to detail were unacceptable. I won’t be returning. More

I took my Ram in for PA inspection and replacement of front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel sin front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel since I bought the truck new at Preston, but Kelly is at a level of outstanding in her job. Hopefully you also recognize that she is a great people person and knows what it takes to satisfy her customers. She was great to work with and I look forward to working with her in the future. She certainly knows what it takes to excel at her job and makes the dealership look even better. More
