Customer Service was absolutely horrible! ! Dropped off my car on Wednesday for Thursday service. They were to fix the car in one day. I called right before 4 to check on status. Was not g ! Wont be done now until the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Could not get anyone to call me back about a loaner car. Finally got one after making calls ALL day. Was a very stressful and horrific experience. The car is a lease and still under warranty or I would never go back to Preston. I have bought cars there for years. I also had a horrible experience buying out the lease on my car a few months prior. More
