Nice staff, convenient service hours. I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for the complimentary multi point inspection and got the first oil change. They also took care of an open recall. Dodge Durango Purchased and made in America! Having driven a Tahoe for the better part of fifteen years I was planning on simply getting another one but had heard good things about he reworked Du Having driven a Tahoe for the better part of fifteen years I was planning on simply getting another one but had heard good things about he reworked Durango, so I went to see this guy named Mikey Loggerhead or Laughead something like that... Anyway, what a great guy! It was late and I had been looking at trucks ALL day, I was resigned to the Chevy Tahoe because of the engine and the storage. Mike starts talking to me about the standard features of the Durango, and to be honest here it was sounding like xx, there is just no way that Dodge could include all of these things and be below fifty thousand. Amiright? So, and this is going to sound really snobby on my side, I really enjoy listening to the radio when I drive and I drive a lot, I am on the road all the time so I like to enjoy the ride, I need to have XM Radio installed or I would go nuts. Mike says, "yeah, of course we have XM Sirius radio, its standard in all of these and you get a total package free for a year" I couldn't take it anymore and I just laid it out, "Mike, come on dude, you can't just say stuff is included and that this is standard and that is standard and all of these wonderful things without me calling you on it! Come on Mike, whats the deal?" Mikey was clearly confused by my over-reaction, so, I just said, "Bring out a White Citadel and let me see it for myself, if you are able to that is!!!" So, Mike gets up and walks around to the back of the building, right, I'm thinking that he's going to his manager and confessing that he has perhaps gotten over-excited, right? Dude pulls up to the side door in this dramatic Hollywood scene with bright lights and smoke drifting from around the vehicle and these two gorgeous women walk by and can't stop staring at the truck..... Okay, I made that last bit up. Seriously, that truck had everything I could possibly think of to add on my own, and it was all included within the trim package Citadel and it was thousands less then what I was going to pay the next day for a Tahoe z71 style or LTZ? Anyway, I bought that truck that night, Mike has been the most open and honest car salesman I have ever worked with, never withheld information, never once even attempted to be anything except who he is, a decent man who tells the truth. Heated Seats/Conditioned Seats, leather, television with satellite service, a HEMI......HEMI do I really need to say anything else? Right, didn't think so, enough said. More

Do not buy from them false advertising I have been researching for a new used car for 3 mos...I finally went to the dealership to move forward and was greatly disappointed to find out that I have been researching for a new used car for 3 mos...I finally went to the dealership to move forward and was greatly disappointed to find out that the descriptions of the cars I had been considering were inaccurate and also the pricing I had seen on the website and received letters from them were false also. They were just tryng get people in to buy cars but with no intention of honoring anything they had sent me. Then on top of it they insulted me like I was an idiot and had no clue what I was talking about after I came in well prepared with the paperwork along with being a previous customer and have sent people there who have purchased cars from them. They were not willing to work with me at all and I was paying in full cash. They wasted my time and energy which I told them I do not have. The car I was looking at had been on their lot for close to 3 mos..and then they said if the couldn't sell it they would just sell it at an auction....it's 4 days before the new year..it would be a year older..plus it didn't have all the bells and whistles and had the wrong pictures of the car on the website...poor customer service. Poor people skills and false advertising More

It was recommended by an oil change chain that I have new brakes and a new battery installed. I did not trust the chain to make these repairs but knew that Brandywine, (where the vehicle was originally purc brakes and a new battery installed. I did not trust the chain to make these repairs but knew that Brandywine, (where the vehicle was originally purchased) would do the work correctly at a lower cost. Jim was friendly and kept me informed and the facility was cooperative with my time restraints. When it is time for a new Jeep (I really like the one I have), I will only buy from Brandywine. A person I know purchased a Jeep elsewhere and has been less satisfied with the service, he stated that he will be taking his Jeep for service at Brandywine instead. More
