If I were a competitor I would be intimidated by the differentiated approach to "selling" automobiles. The team is very proactive after the car purchase and contacts you in the way you want to be contacted (phone, email, text). I decided not to extend the warranty, not a problem. I wasn't pressured and asked 10 follow up questions - they respected my decision. No question I will refer Preston Motors to friends and family! More

Cadillac Service Waited a long time to get my new Cadillac. When I walked in on November 14 Rick "Sarge" McCool greeted me with a handshake. He and the finance guy w Waited a long time to get my new Cadillac. When I walked in on November 14 Rick "Sarge" McCool greeted me with a handshake. He and the finance guy worked with me for over an hour and even stayed late making sure I drove my dream car home that night at a price and rate I could afford. At one point the finance guy asked if another car would be better (easier to finance) and when I told Sarge the Cadillac was what I wanted he coolly strode into the managers office and made it happen. This is a great team, great dealership and I will always buy my new cars here. Ask for Sarge and tell him Bill sent you! LOL More
