Preston Nissan

I took my Nissan Maxima to this dealership for the 50,000 mile service. It was my first time going there, as I recently moved to the Eastern Shore. After my oil was changed, the Service Advisor came to tell mile service. It was my first time going there, as I recently moved to the Eastern Shore. After my oil was changed, the Service Advisor came to tell me that they couldn't inspect my brakes because all 20 of the lug nuts on my tires were "swollen" and that the Technician couldn't remove them. ??? They said they could break all 20 lug nuts and conveniently replace them for $477.00. ??? I said no thank you and was reminded that if I get a flat tire, I wouldn't be able to fix it and I would be stuck out on the road. Again I said no thank you. I took my car home and my husband easily removed ALL 20 lug nuts with the lug nut wench without much effort. ??? Needless to say, I can't trust this dealership to service my Maxima. I will not be going back. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or because of my silver hair but I suppose their philosophy is that a sucker is born every minute. As for me, I'll find another dealership. More

Beware Stay away from this place. They sold me a 2013 Chevy traverse for 21,000. Was there all day so signed papers without looking. 3 weeks later I realized Stay away from this place.
