The follow-up is amazing and they don't "wash their hands if you" right after the sale is complete. I highly recommend this dealership and Bill Hale and will look forward to my future dealings. There a lot of dealers in Northeast Ohio, but this one is worth a visit. More

Leased car I had a leased Ford Focus for 2 years, turned it in 3 months early. I wanted a new car, I had two to choose from. One had 8 miles on it and the other I had a leased Ford Focus for 2 years, turned it in 3 months early. I wanted a new car, I had two to choose from. One had 8 miles on it and the other had 2,000, it was loaned out to other people. Now when I ask for a leased new car, I expected to get one, but it seems the one with 8 miles on it I could not afford the payments. So I ended up taking the "NEW" one with 2,000 miles on it. That kept my payments within my affordability. I was not happy with a "USED" car, which I feel this car was a used one. Preston told me they would make it right, and I would be satisfied before I left. Well I ended up with this "NEW" "USED" car. That was all that I could afford. Scott T-men, was my salesman and he has worked with me from the beginning. (so if others drive your new car and it has 2,000 miles on it is it a "NEW" car?) More

Not at Preston Superstore where w Fantastic experience. Purchasing a car falls somewhere in the vicinity of visiting the dentist and buying insurance. Not at Preston Superstore where we bought a 2017 Chevy Impala. This dealership reminded me of a trip to Disneyland. Every person I came in contact with was smiling, helpful, and just plain happy. Starting with the internet people I discussed my car with on the phone, to Bill Preston, Mike Piotrowski (my sales rep), Dan Flack (Finance) and Todd Sherill (Internet, whom I got to meet) I have nothing but great feelings for this experience. Mike never made us feel rushed or pressured and after the car was finalized took even more time to show us ALL the options which I believe I would still be trying figure out. Dan was great during the finance part and followed up with us (as did Mike) per a request. I have not had the need to experience the service department, but if they are any where near the professionalism and quality of the sales staff it will rate FIVE stars also. More

The owner of Preston himself, Pat Preston, reached out to me after I posted the review and personal made sure that I was taken care of. I was working on getting out of a lease early and purchasing another vehicle. Even though I couldn't purchase the vehicle I wanted from Preston because it sold, Pat worked with me every step of the way to help me get out of the lease early with as little debt as possible. I think that when the owner of a company cares enough about the experiences his customers have when they come in that he is willing to personal reach out and resolve any issues to make sure even if it wasn't a good experience that it can be turned into a good experience, it says a lot about the company. I would definitely recommend Preston and would do business with them in the future. They have great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that my problems were resolved.
