Bought new trucks here! I was a loyal costumer here for over 20 years. Yeah! Me dumb. They have failed repeatedly in those years. Dave is not much better. They are not just responsive to problems. They forget they are being hired to avert problems by doing a good service and solving problems by doing repairs in a timely manner. They fail most of the time. I had an older truck that every time the touched it something else broke. I had found an old school guy for that truck service and repair. I like our Fords I really DIS-LIKE the Ford Dealer. Poor service on all fronts. I even know the owner seemed nice but now doesn't care. More
