Greeted me as soon i walked in the door, asked how i was doing I took my 2016 ford fusion in for service on Christmas eve and service advisor John k. Greeted me as soon i walked in the door, asked how i was doing and helped me with both my concerns a recall and transmission issue. I dropped it off to make sure the technicians had the time to really look into it, since it was a intermitent transmission issue. John followed up with me through out the day and kept me updated on my car and to my surprise at the end of the day my car was ready to pick up. Turns out i just needed an update on my pcm and tcm and they topped off my transmission fluid, will be doing my business here from now on they’re quick but most importantly professional. More

The only hiccup was that no one showed us how to operate our new vehicle expect adjusting the volume, which is on the opposite side than most foreign vehicles. Glad to be buying American again. Great Service Came back from the east coast towing a big fifth wheel. My truck was not running right check engine light on. I called my local ford dealer, they said 3 weeks till they could look at it. I drove to Price Ford no appointment. They took it in replaced the torque converter and had it done in less than a week. Once we made the decision to buy it, everything took about 20 minutes for signing, I was so impressed! Joseph was patient through several test drives as we initially were looking at a used Explorer, but once he told us about the AWESOME rebates from Ford (almost $6k!) we went for a 2017. I did not feel pressured at any turn, I felt they were truly kind people who respected our pace of researching and were always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

It was the best car buying experience we've had - until the next day when we saw the exact vehicle we purchased advertised on the dealer website (VIN, mileage, and all so we verified it was our vehicle) for $3,000.00 LESS than what we paid. When we asked about it, we were given the run around and no real explanation. Although the customer service and buying experience were pleasant, we will definitely think twice before purchasing here again due to the sales price discrepancy.
