This is the 3rd Lexus RX 350 I purchased from Price LeBlanc. I enjoyed the vehicle and the services. However this time the experience is less than satisfactory. The sales person Dustin did his job when LeBlanc. I enjoyed the vehicle and the services. However this time the experience is less than satisfactory. The sales person Dustin did his job when I came to the dealership, but failed to call me even when he agreed to. The windshield glass is not the original Lexus brans, but an after market product. When I found out, Dustin told me the replacement was done at the dealership and met the standard. That was a lie. It was actually done by Safelife (the receipt was in the glove box). The after market product cost about $300 but an OEM would cost over $1000. This made me to questions the integrity of the dealership When I brought up this issue, the upper level refuse to make any adjustments. More
