We purchased the tire/wheel package, but it was not explained to us that it did not cover cosmetic damage to wheels (such as curb damage). One tire was defective and changed out, but now we have to pay explained to us that it did not cover cosmetic damage to wheels (such as curb damage). One tire was defective and changed out, but now we have to pay to get the wheels fixed. I'm not sure we would have bought the upgrade had we known cosmetic damage was not covered. It has been offered to refund the upgrade, but we haven't made a decision about it yet. More

Joe met with my husband prior to my being available for an appointment to see the car and my husband was very impressed with his professionalism, openness and friendliness. So much so that it was a no brainer for me to make an appointment with him to see and ultimately purchase my new vehicle. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Joe was very thorough while going through everything with me. He also went above and beyond and offered assistance to us any time we may need it after our vehicle purchase. As someone who has not purchased a car in a very long time, and knowing how much of a hassle it can sometimes be, I was relieved to find it to be anything but. One of the worst experiences I’ve had, and continues to be. I live in Texas and in April 2023 my VW Tiguan completely stopped working. I have worked toward saving up for a lexus and decided it’s time to buy the car of my dreams. I was on the waitlist for a 2023 RX350h here in Texas, with the color way that I actually wanted, but I was put in touch with Kim at Price Leblanc who said they’d have one for me by July. When the day finally came to pick up the car, Kim called out sick and wasn’t there. She failed to mention that they don’t accept out of state personal checks (which is maybe something I should’ve known but since it’s my first time buying my own car I didn’t even think about). She knew we were traveling from out of state but failed to mention a multitude of things. I was set to pay for the car in full on the day but couldn’t do so as it was a Saturday and I was unable to obtain a cashiers check. I didn’t want to finance the car as I had the funds to pay for it up front and with the high interest rates it wasn’t ideal. Either way I ended up having to finance it. A month later I paid the car off in full but never received my title. I contacted the title clerk at price Leblanc and left a voicemail but never heard back. I waited another 4 weeks and still nothing. Once again I contacted the title clerk Callie via phone and left at least 2 messages but never heard back. On the third try (which was a week later) she picked up and was horribly rude she said “Yes I’ve gotten all your messages. I don’t have your title you need to contact lexus financial since you ended up having to finance the car. They have your title”. She said this in one breath without ever greeting me or asking my information (which I assume she got off of her caller ID after dodging my calls for a week). We are now SIX MONTHS out from the day I purchased the car and I STILL don’t have my title. I was sent on a literal goose chase where I contacted lexus financial (had no idea about the title), the DMV and tax collectors offices in Baton Rouge AND in Texas where I live. No one has my title. None of the offices that I called AND physically went to in person has any record of my title. Lexus financial came to the conclusion that the title clerk at the dealership never submitted the paperwork for my title. I once again called the title clerk Callie at price Leblanc who ONCE AGAIN did not answer my phone call. I then had my husband call from his phone, which is a number she’s never seen. She picked up his call and low and behold she never submitted the paperwork which she said she will do today on 12/18/23. I purchased this car on 7/15/23. Still no ETA on when I’ll get my title and when I’ll be able to register my vehicle. HOW COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Definitely do not recommend this dealership. Go literally anywhere else. Price Leblanc thoroughly ruined my first car buying experience. More
