I chose Lexus due to a specific vehicle I saw online but the vehicle sold same day I went to go view it. Instead of telling me to keep in touch if I find something else they sat with me and searched through the vehicle sold same day I went to go view it. Instead of telling me to keep in touch if I find something else they sat with me and searched through the inventory to help me find something to fit my needs and my budget. My salesman Joe was exceptional in keeping communication open with me while we waited for some important paperwork to be processed. When it was time to go pick up my vehicle the secondary salesman that helped me allowed me to wait while he searched and took my concern serious instead of sending me away. More
