I question the accuracy of the bottom line of the sales statement. The agreed upon $500 discount was not shown, and the amount for the trade-in is incorrect. There is a mortgage fee charged and I paid ca statement. The agreed upon $500 discount was not shown, and the amount for the trade-in is incorrect. There is a mortgage fee charged and I paid cash. There are other questionable fee amounts. This statement was not given to me until I was called back into the dealership to resign purchase papers due to the fact an incorrect VIN number was on the original purchase papers. I give high marks to the young man who acquainted us with the technology aspects of the Lexus ES350 Ultra. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Very satisfied with the car, but resent paying more than the correct amount. More
