Been coming to Lexus since 07 with my first Lexus, service was great, this time I have noticed a change in the cleanest, especially in the restrooms, have never seen it that dirty. Also they brought the car to us running bad shaking, had to take it to the back, they had forgot to connect a hose, wash it but it was not dried off. I feel your service is not what it used to be.
