I have purchased 17 cars in about 49 years. This is my second purchase from PriceLeBlanc, Baton Rouge, LA and I live in Laurel, MS. I was very impressed with their integrity and service when I first purchased a new ES350 several years ago, so I returned to this dealership for my 2023 purchase. My salesman, Joey Leblanc (not related to owners), was very knowledgeable, and answered my phone calls/texts/email or called me back EVERY single time in a timely manner. Joey was conscientious in trying to locate the exact vehicle I wanted and although I had to compromise; he worked tirelessly to assist me. (I wanted a Hybrid, and they were just not accessible without an extended wait, through no fault of his or the dealership) He worked to get me very best price offered by dealership.. Joey was very personable, yet acted in a professional manner. Online and through telephone calls, he conducted my sale and service once the vehicle arrived as if it were his own car. I have since spoken with Brandon Brown for financial completion of sale. He was very explicit and knowledgeable of the extended warranty information. This dealership is the best that I have ever dealt with and I would recommend them to anyone. They are all friendly and it is evident that they all work cohesively to create a desirable work environment. More
