After recently graduating and starting my job as a Registered Nurse, I knew I was ready for the Lexus I’ve been dreaming of since I was 12 years old. I had some free time on Thursday and decided to stop by the Lexus dealership to get a better idea of what exactly I wanted. I have to say that my experience was nothing short of amazing! As a 22-year-old first-time buyer, I was nervous about the idea of such a big purchase. Mike made sure that I was fully educated about all of the options, benefits, risks, and everything else that’s important when getting a new car! Not only did Mike sit with me for HOURS going over every detail and answering every question that I had, he was more than happy to do it all again for my dad who came in after work and isn’t exactly someone I’d describe as open-minded (I needed him to sign away the title for the Corolla I traded in). Never once did anyone in the dealership ever push me to make a decision. Instead, they did their very best to make sure I had everything I needed to make the best decision for myself without any pressure. I’m honestly SO impressed and equally as grateful for the Lexus team members that helped me through every step of the way.
