He made sure the process went smoothly for the next person I needed to see in the process insurance, car instructions etc. Gwen setup all of the features she could in advance to meeting with me to make speed up the process. She also helped me figure out how to do things on my phone that fustrated me. She even called me at a later day to confirm I could use the services. She is really patient and followed through. The insurance provider and the extended warranty person were very helpful in mixing me to make decisions that worked best for my Soto and made sure I was ware of all of my options.
