My salesman, Byron George was exceptional. I told him what I was looking for and he found the exact vehicle at another dealership and had it delivered for pickup the next day. I own two Lexus vehicles, one 15 years old and the other 8 years old. Both have been exceptional, with only minor issues over the years, thanks to Price LeBlanc Lexus' dedicated service team. However, my recent experience (an additional visit 2 days after my oil change) has caused me to lose confidence in the service diagnosis. It seems that as my vehicles age, the service team might be recommending unnecessary services, even when there are no clear issues. And maybe it didn't help that the service rep didn't do the best job explaining the said issue. I clicked 'Yes' to recommend this service center because I've had way more good experiences than not. But I probably would have chosen 'Maybe' this time if that was an option. More
