I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I’ve received from Josh, my service writer. Despite experiencing some concerns with my new SUV that are out of the ordinary, the outstanding service I’ve received from Josh, my service writer. Despite experiencing some concerns with my new SUV that are out of the ordinary, Josh has gone above and beyond to assist me. He consistently provides clear explanations, professional guidance, and prompt follow-through—making a potentially stressful situation much easier to manage. I love my car! I finding the service to have been down graded. I was not happy with the wait time(I had an appointment). I was not happy with my service advisor.
