When I bought car salesman indicated camera light on back would be redone. The camera is off center in the place leaving potential for rust and looks bad. I chose Lexus due to a specific vehicle I saw online but the vehicle sold same day I went to go view it. My salesman Joe was exceptional in keeping communication open with me while we waited for some important paperwork to be processed. When it was time to go pick up my vehicle the secondary salesman that helped me allowed me to wait while he searched and took my concern serious instead of sending me away. More
