This was my first time getting a service done on a Saturday. It was estimated to be around a 2 hour wait with maintenance service and software update. I was there for 3 hours. Sarah was very sweet and Saturday. It was estimated to be around a 2 hour wait with maintenance service and software update. I was there for 3 hours.
