A warning light was on after the vehicle was serviced. Brought vehicle back the same day and they told him that what usually happen. Poor communication by service rep. Left my car at the dealership for 3 days due to a recall. Didn't hear back from anyone for 2 days. I had to call multiple times to get an update, in which he told me that it was taking longer than expected because there was a delay on getting the part. The rep didn’t provide a direct number so that I could text or call regarding my service (they always send a text to my phone before I leave for when I have questions), he didn’t offer the complementary car wash… I had to request for it when I was on the way to pick up my vehicle after confirming all services that was done to my car. It was also poorly washed which was disappointing because it’s the least they could’ve done after spending so much that day. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011 and on my second vehicle with your dealership and this was the first time I received very minimal service and communication. I inquired about wanting help on getting my name changed and he said “I think you’d have to get with financials but I’m not really sure.” Seemed like he was uninterested with assisting me. As I was getting ready to drive off, there was a filter on my passenger seat. I got out to ask the guys at the door about it. Turns out that they didn’t replace my filter and claimed it was because the glove box was locked. No one called and mentioned this to me during the 3 days that my car was kept there NOR was it mentioned when I arrived to pick it up! I paid over $1000 on my services that was claimed to be all completed. Had I not sad anything after almost driving off, I would’ve paid for a service that I didn’t even receive. Unacceptable. More
