We apologize for any inconvenience you faced regarding the loaner vehicle & we appreciate your understanding. We will be counseling your sales associate to make sure our loaner vehicle policy is being properly communicated to our Sales guests. Loaner vehicles are reserved in advance when a guest's appointment time is scheduled to take 2 hrs or more. Of course, we make every effort to accommodate our guests, on a case-by-case basis, if loaners are still available on the day of the appointment.
