Came in for an oil change/tire rotation. Service took 2 hours. When I got home I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground. The oil plug was only screwed in about half way, and the oil filter wa Service took 2 hours. When I got home I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground. The oil plug was only screwed in about half way, and the oil filter was not hand tight. I lost about a quart of oil. Tires were also not rotated as requested/payed for. More
