There was no pressure whatever in buying. We actually went to another dealer and walked out, they pressured and wanted to put us in everything other then what we wanted. We told Rodney what we wanted and he made it happen, outstanding performance and I would drive hours again to buy another car, never owned a Nissan but would definitely talk to him again with our next car. Overall outstanding person and experience. I have already recommended this dealership to our friends and family in Louisiana. I wish he could travel to other Nissan dealers to sell you cars, you should consider website buying with him and delivery to other locations, he is that good! I think they saw a youn girl coming and thought I was that gullible and was gonna go with anything less than what I wanted. So I walked out, no sale. However at Leblanc Nissan, where I had Taylor Amos as my dealer, he was very friendly and well knowledgeable about the features on and in the rogue, where at other dealership noone even cared to explain. He also took me on a good test drive of the vehicle showing me all the capabilities an features the Nissan rogue offers. Upon me picking up the vehicle the next day Tony Ramos. Explained the features to me on how to set up the xm radio as well as the computer controls on dash and to sync my cell to the car's bluetooth. The guy that did the paperwork with me (I can't remember his name) was very nice, he explained the extended warranty and maintenance package very well which I did purchase. the grand total of it all still beat the price at the other dealership for the same exact features. I have yet to bring in the vehicle for scheduled oil change, but I was very impressed with how extremely clean the mechanic area was, not the typical cluttered filthy mess I am used to seeing at my old mechanic. I overall was extremely happy with my purchase at Leblanc Nissan and I plan on getting my scheduled maintenance done at the facility. I will and have recommended this dealer to many people. I can't say enough good things about how pleased I am. More

Everyone at Leblanc Nissan in Gonzales, LA was extreme friendly during my visit. There was a professional atmosphere at every step of the car buying process. I have never received more straightforward and friendly service in purhcasing a vehicle as I did working woth Paul Bollich, the internet sales manager. His attention to customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. What impressed me the most was his knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased and his willingnes to share that knowledge with me........even after the sale was complete. It was right at closing time for the dealership when I finished the deal. Instead of jetting out of there because it was quitting time on a Saturday, he took the time to COMPLETELY go through the features on the Pathfinder I purchased. I can't tell you how priceless this was to me. In a world that places less and less emphasis on customer service in general as time goes on, this was a welcome change from past car-buying experiences I've had. I'd also like to commend Chad in finance for the no-pressure experience I had in that department. Chad is spectacular at what he does, especially when it comes to helping the customer complete "the deal" with a comfortable feeling. These guys were wonderful! More
Let me first say; I have heard so many horror stories about dealerships service centers. My experience has surpassed any expectation I had. I went to see about one thing that required a breif road trip. On that drive Nate saw something that bothered him. He fixed it. In that instant I felt as though my brother were taking care of me. I felt as though my safety was important to him. He very well could have ignored what he saw. In these economic times people are so tight with budgets and stuff. I am very grateful for the service and will from now on have my vehicle brought to his service center. It is nice to know that integreity still exists. I am confident that everyone will be taken care of the way I was. Such a great feeling to know that it is not who you know, rather than where you go. More
DEALER REVIEW UPDATE REQUIRED: Previously recommended LEBLANC NISSAN for new car purchase however, LEBLANC NISSAN still HAS NOT PAID me over $2200. balance due me for 9/13/11 ACT OF SALE. Jonathan Hutchi LEBLANC NISSAN for new car purchase however, LEBLANC NISSAN still HAS NOT PAID me over $2200. balance due me for 9/13/11 ACT OF SALE. Jonathan Hutchins (Finance Mgr) said LEBLANC NISSAN was UNABLE TO ISSUE check to me for difference after my trade-in amt less new unit's sale amount+TTL+ext warranty); indicated that the LEBLANC Baton Rouge office would need to issue check to me unless I drove there to get the check... promised the check would be mailed to me on 9/13/11. On 9/20. Jon said the check was mailed that day (not 9/13 transaction day as promised). As of 9/23/11 - STILL NO CHECK. Is this an acceptable business practice?? Purchased 2011 JUKE SV w/ nav. I do highly recommend salesman Brent Mott - very patient, very attentive and helpful, not overbearing. Price on new unit was better than New Orleans metro dealers. Showroom is clean and appealing. Word of caution...Just make sure you don't fall prey to the "check's in the mail" line. More
