The advisor I was assigned to made it a less than average experience. Seemed rushed and I felt unwelcome. After quoting a price for service at the beginning she overcharged me at the end. I had to be the experience. Seemed rushed and I felt unwelcome. After quoting a price for service at the beginning she overcharged me at the end. I had to be the one to ask her to correct the bill…so you can just imagine how this made me feel. Bad customer service then I felt like she didn’t care enough to make sure my bill was correct. I will definitely not be go back to this dealership for service if she is the advisor, I have several Toyota vehicles that will need to be serviced in the future and one was purchased at your dealership.
