I have dealt with Price Leblanc for over 15 years now and would not go to any other Toyota dealer. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help you in any way. Even my experience in the Service Department was very pleasant, thank you Brandi. Brian and Johnny sat in Johnny's office and worked a deal that was feasable for me. They were able to get my notes down to where I wanted it and we looked at a lot of different options of cars. I have always had a Camry and wanted to try a SUV, so I purchased a Venza. I loved my Venza, but the gas mileage on my Camry was better so I went back to Brian and Johnny and traded in my Venza and got another Camry.(2012 SE)It took a little working, but they got my notes down and I will be saving on gas also. I have referred a few co-workers to Price Leblanc and they had looked around before and they said they got the best deal there. And everyone was so freindly. They have so many vehicles to choose from on their lot, that you can have any color with any kind of package. I have never had to order a car from there, they always had what I wanted on the lot. I would defintely recommend Price Leblanc to anyone. Brian Ducote is a great salesman and very pleasant. When I purchased my last vehicle, it was late when we finished all the paper work and they did not have time to wash and clean up my car, so the next day Brian came and got my car took it to the dealership, had it cleaned up and brought back to me all nice and shiney and clean. Great Dealership!!! Definitely a pleasant experience. More
current owner of a 2006 Scion Xb and 2007 Prius. Looking to buy the new 2012 Prius V so we went to Price LeBlanc. MISTAKE! Should have called to mind when my husband bought his Scion and was lied to by his to buy the new 2012 Prius V so we went to Price LeBlanc. MISTAKE! Should have called to mind when my husband bought his Scion and was lied to by his salesman when he was told that the cruise control wasn't 'after market' and it was! Mr. Ed Pierce was an AWESOME salesman, I have no issues with him. The finance manager, Jonathan Hymel is a totally different story! First, I didn't like the color of the car (Blizzard Pearl) b/c I don't like white colored cars, but was told that we could buy it for the SAME price as the gray one I wanted. LIE! it was over $1,000 difference in price and I was being charged for it. Second, I was told that I could ONLY use Whitney Bank for financing and that Toyota Financial wasn't offering good interest rates regardless of credit score. Well, LIE! My husband and I have credit scores of over 780 and 810 and an excellent history with Toyota financial (paid off both vehicles mentioned above before they were due)and per Toyota financial, I was supposed to be offered a $500 cash back rebate on ANY NEW TOYOTA and would get an interest rate of between 2.9 and 3.5 (way lower than Whitney Bank's 3.99! When I called around to other Toyota dealers they told me that it's the consumer's choice who they use for financing, and their prices on the same Prius V were thousands lower than Price LeBlanc...when I told this to Mr. Hymel, he said 'well then you need to go buy a car from them'...yeah, you can bet I'm taking his advice! We are shopping for a new Prius. We got a quote from our local dealer and were shopping around for comparisons. The online prices of Price LeBlanc prompted us to engage in a live chat with the salesman who local dealer and were shopping around for comparisons. After the live chat, we called the salesman to confirm the final price since we would be driving 3 hours to make the purchase. Three hour drive with two preschoolers later we arrived. The salesman we spoke to had called us en route to let us know we would be working with a different salesman because he was going home. The young man greeted us 25 minutes after we arrived, apologized for the wait, and told us the price was nearly $1800 more than the quote that prompted us to drive all the way to Baton Rouge. We showed them the chat we had saved with the quote and while the salesman was apologetic there was no attempt to honor the it. Extremely disappointing evening for the entire family and reinforcement of the negative opinion I have of automotive dealerships. More
The A.C. broke on our way from Houston to Baton Rouge. The next day I brought the car into Price LeBlanc Toyota for a diagnosis and repair. I decided to use Toyota parts and they wouldn't be available unt The next day I brought the car into Price LeBlanc Toyota for a diagnosis and repair. I decided to use Toyota parts and they wouldn't be available until the next day. I was planning on getting a rental but the dealership gave me a rental at no charge. The service department went above and beyond to help me, they even washed all the bugs off my car. The dealership had 3 very comfortable waiting areas and a cafe/coffee shop with tables and chairs. The attention to detail reminded me how much I miss Baton Rouge and Price LeBlanc Toyota. Thank You Cody and Price LeBlanc for the cool ride back to Houston. More
Victor M. Canella was wonderful to work with. There was no high pressure selling tactics used and I felt I paid a fair price for the car. I have received mutiple calls and emails to check on my purchase. Everyone is very friendly. I even have my service scheduled for future tune ups. The showroom was very impressive and everyone there made you feel welcome from the moment you opened the door. At closing, I worked with Ricky Porter who did an excellent job on explaining extra coverage options and what special incentives to use. In the end, we worked out what coverage would best work for me and we worked on the special incentive and he actually saved me money in the long run. This is my second purchase from Price Leblanc and both experiences were great.I drove my last Toyota (Matrix) for 9 years. My husband and I have been in the market for a new car for a couple of months. Before buying my new Camry SE, I owned a Toyota Solara. I was very pleased with my car, I just needed something bigger, that for a couple of months. Before buying my new Camry SE, I owned a Toyota Solara. I found one online, and thats what brought me to the dealership yesterday. As my husband and I pulled into the dealership, I immedialty got butterflies! We had been to other dealerships, but never had that feeling before! Thats when I knew we were in the right place. We had walked around and looked at the used vehicles, but I couldnt find the car I had came for, it was already sold! As we walked up to the building, we were greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help! Thats when I had asked for Nolan. As we walked around the showroom, every salesman smiled and said hello and was dressed very professional. We were very impressed of how the showroom was set up and how clean and organized everything was. This was our first time in since it had been redone. Nolan greeted us with an upbeat smile and asked what were interested in looking at today. We walked out to the yard and started looking. He was showing us what used vehicles he had, but none of them caught my eye. As we walked around, he had asked what our price range was and what kind of note we were looking for. I didnt think we would be able to afford a brand new Camry with me being a stay at home mom. Nolan had explained the 2,000 rebate that was being offered and explained the different types of packages and trim models of the Camrys. Well of course I fell in love with a white Camry SE. Nolan said lets go for a drive just to see how I like before we talk numbers. Next thing I knew, we were talking numbers in his office. Nolan was very helpful and informative on all our questions. I never felt that he pushed us into making a decision or getting us in his office. He was very professional and fun to work with. After we filled out our credit application, he sent us to see Jack Gremillion. We sat down and Mr Gremillion began to explain our options and the note we were looking at. He explained how he came up with our note, I never felt that anything wasnt being explaned or hidden. I feel he gave us a good price, but our note wasnt quite were we wanted it to be. After my husband and I walked around and talked about it, we offered Mr Gremillion our last offer. He worked with us and the credit agency to get us the note we wanted. I feel that we got an excellent price on my car and we are happy with our note. Once we started signing our papers, they had taken my car to get it cleaned and all. When it was time to go, Nolan had showed us all the features in my car and helped us set up my bluetooth. My overall experience from the time we pulled in, until the time we pulled out, was beyond great! The staff was very helpful and very friendly! We will definatly be back when the time comes again for a new truck/car. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to hear my feedback on our experience at Price Leblanc Toyota!
