I appreciate the smooth operation of the service center. I'm always in and out in a reasonable amount of time and almost always within the time promised. I'm not as impressed with scheduling through the web I'm always in and out in a reasonable amount of time and almost always within the time promised. I'm not as impressed with scheduling through the website. We have two Toyotas and the website no longer maintains a record of both.
