It’s a xxxx shame how when your new car or truck gets close to the 25,000 miles free service. Your service department always tries to up sale the xxxx out of the customer. According to the office clerk the customer has to ask for your car to be washed. Poor customer service. 2 cars 2 weeks in a row same poor service. I have purchased 20 cars from your dealership and the service department gets worse every car I purchase. Considering going look else where for my cars in the future. Poor and bad service!!!! More
