After signing in my car for an oil change, I got a call
from the service rep that they wanted to change my wiper blades because the rubber was bad, I gave an ok to do the change, I occurred to me that I
from the service rep that they wanted to change my wiper blades because the rubber was bad, I gave an ok to do the change, I occurred to me that I had an experience with Toyota before where they changed my wiper arms and blades to some inferior product on my previous Prius instead if the spring loaded blades that are factory equipment and hold up really well. I called back two minutes later and was told it was too late. I requested that they reinstall my existing wiper system and just change out the rubber blades itself,. She denied my request and said that it was too late. I am very unhappy with this treatment. I have been buying cars from Price for many years and do all maintenance with Price.
