I was totally blown away by the high level of efficiency and professionalism at Price Leblanc. I got checked in immediately and after about an hour my service rep Shay showed me a video of the mechanic p and professionalism at Price Leblanc. I got checked in immediately and after about an hour my service rep Shay showed me a video of the mechanic pointing out not only the issues with my vehicle, but also the things that were in good shape such as the brakes and tires. This made me feel very confident about the thorough job they were doing and helped me feel like they weren’t trying to sell me unnecessary services. They had to order a part to fix one of the problems so the car only had to stay there overnight. Shay got me in a rental car and I was on my way. The car was ready in the morning as promised. My last experiences with a local Buick dealer were exactly the opposite of this as the car stayed there for weeks at a time while their mechanics struggled to diagnose the problem. I was very happy and will definitely tell everyone I know about my great experience here 10/10 More

outside attendant checked my car, gave me a ticket stub, took me inside and left me standing in a hallway with this full instruction - "you can wait here." Hour and half later my 5000 mile check was complete. More
