Environment was extremely clean, interface with both people in service department was excellent! Shuttle service is great and appreciated the friendliness of both drivers. This is the second time I have came in for more than an oil change. Both times I scheduled ahead of time I drop my car off to get fixed and they call saying they can't fix it cause they have to order my pa oil change. I made the appointments for the specific part and they didn't have it in when I dropped off car. So I had to pick it up and drop it off again after parts came in.
