They told me to bring my vehicle right in this way I could get it looked at which I really appreciated. Upon arrival, the entire staff was knowledgeable and kind. They heard my concerns and took care of my vehicle issues right away. Everything was done in a timely manner. I also received my vehicle back clean which was nice. The charged my half labor after too which was nice since the issues I had was minor. Overall, I had a great experience and WILL be taking y vehicle back for regular maintenance and will be giving the sales department a look when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle! More

Velocity Selling I visited this dealership to look at 2013 - 2014 Rav 4. The initial interaction with the sales associate was fine but when we started to talk cost an I visited this dealership to look at 2013 - 2014 Rav 4. The initial interaction with the sales associate was fine but when we started to talk cost and options with the sales manager things went downhill, surprisingly, very quickly. I actually had purchased cars from the sales manager when he was a sales associate at another non-Toyota dealership in DE and so I thought he would be more amenable to having a productive and professional discussion that would end up with a sale. This couldn't have been further from what actually took place. The sales manager was very brash and said the price is the price and he was interested in velocity selling. He provided a take it or leave it initial offer and I left. Shortly after, I ended up getting a deal I was happy with at a non-Toyota dealership in PA and would certainly never go back to Price Toyota. More

In November we brought our highlander in for service approached him again and asked to test drive the Sienna. After the test drive we ready and made our decision to purchase the vehicle.
