From the moment I walked into the dealership to look at cars, to the moment I drove out in my new vehicle, Price was a pleasure to work with. Larry answered my multitude of questions, explained every deta cars, to the moment I drove out in my new vehicle, Price was a pleasure to work with. Larry answered my multitude of questions, explained every detail, and made sure that I didn't leave with questions unanswered. He was never too busy for me. There was no pressure to buy, which was completely different from the other dealerships I shopped, and I shopped about a dozen before buying. I left several other dealerships completely turned off by the pushy salesmen, and won't go back. A couple of other salesmen/dealerships left me feeling like I needed a shower and a shot of penicillin! My situation might have been a little off the norm, but he understood and worked with me. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and would recommend Price and Larry to anyone who wants a painless, no-hassle car buying experience. When I stopped by one evening to speak to someone about a detail, Jeff came over and identified himself (and me, before I told him who I was) and said he "had my back," - and he did. Thank you, Price Toytoa, for a great experience. I WILL be back. More

If one person is so dishonest it leads me to believe others are too. At times he seemed very lost as if not understanding his job and we were refered to a manager who babied him. This gentleman was not very nice, actually very rude. and the informantion he gave us was completely different from what Richie gave us. Perhaps this is just the Price employees way of business. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Price in the past and had excellent experiences and I had refered many people. I can assure you this will stop and will not be returning and will bad mouth Price Toyota any chance I get. I left the dealership disgusted and went right to Hertrich and bought the truck, no lies and no hassle.I even recieved a follow up call from Hertrich the next day. Great customer service and care. your people can't even return a phone call when someone is trying to throw money at them. More

This was our third van purchased from Pete and it has been a wonderful experience every time. He takes the time to find us exactly what we are looking for and get us the best deal possible. I travel 1 hr from PA into the dealership for a Corolla n walk out with a Camry this dealership is friendly n they do not rush you to buy anyting .. I have to say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was admittedly a little confused by the process since I was never there before, but in the end I was very impressed b experiences I have ever had. I was admittedly a little confused by the process since I was never there before, but in the end I was very impressed by how easy and painless everything was. The waiting room was fantastic... best ever... and the work was done extremely quickly and efficiently. Before I knew it, I was back on my way. Everything about this experience was positive. I'm used to car maintenance being a nuisance, but if this is what I can consistently expect from Price then I think that impression could change. More
