I wish I could say it was a great experience in purchasing a $20,000 car but it wasn't. Monday purchase -Tuesday the engine light came on/headlight/brake lights out on the car. Friday was the first appt date. I ask for a loan car. I got a no. I went to wait for my car for 3 hours missing work. When asking how much longer is it going to take. I was told that next I should plan better so they have time to work on the car. I ran into the sales person Larry and he told me that things happen and he was sorry. I don't think he was really sorry. No coffee given and no special deals for oil changes for the inconvenience. I was also told by Larry that they have great service and loaner cars when purchasing the car. They really didn't care about me and my new used car. We are now paying to have another person go over the car to see what else is wrong before the warranty runs out. I would not recommend them for purchasing a car. They is not what customer service is about. I understand that things happen but then you make it right. They didn't make it right for me. More

I called Priced Right, and they had me bring the car in to ensure confidence in my purchase. Everything checked out after they did a thorough inspection, and what stood out to me most is that they were willing to do what it took to ensure I felt good and sound in my purchase from them. THAT is true customer service, and true integrity. They are responsive, and incredibly trustworthy within the car selling business. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy!
