I have never dealt with people so outgoing and personable - slaterbelden

I have never dealt with people so outgoing and personable at a dealership before from sales all the way through finance! Collectively they made my purchase so easy. It was a huge blessing all around. They even found me the best interest rate and there follow-up was impeccable with each of them standing in for one another when one was out of office. It’s very obvious they work as a team for the customer. I can’t say enough about this dealership. They will be my go to for vehicle needs from now on. Thank you so much for caring for us so well. Cindy & Eric B.

We saw the RAM 3500 online and knew we needed it. - wyttale

We saw the RAM 3500 online and knew we needed it. The price was great. We contacted Kim and she got us right in and helped make the deal. We got top dollar for our trade in which really helped seal the deal! Financing was super easy and they also took our suggestion to use a credit union we were already a part of and that really helped because we secured a pretty good finance rate through them. Thanks to everyone at Zeigler, the finance team and especially Kim for helping us on our journey!

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful - bubak

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful and unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. From the initial negotiation phase through the delivery and even the meeting with the finance guy, everything was top-notch. My salesman Zac, and Nate, the Sales Manager, made negotiations and delivery smooth and easy. Austin, "the finance guy," explained the packages he had to offer, but he wasn't pushy at all. Zac took the time to set up my Kia Connect app, and even though I was very familiar with the EV9 (having owned one before), he made sure that everything was in order, and he answered any questions that I had. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. I live in Northwest Indiana, close to many Kia dealers in the Chicago metro area. Taking the time to shop at Fox Kia North in Grand Rapids turned out to be a very good decision.

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the - discerning customer

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001... - waylar

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium. So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.

I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche GT3 from The Speed Collection. From the first conversation through delivery, the team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Terry handled the details carefully and stood behind the car, which gave me confidence in a significant purchase. My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check - jf2448

My son been dealing with Baker on his truck for a check engine light. Every time I go’s in they can’t actually find what’s going on with it. Even though the code reads emissions code. They think they fix it and then it comes back on , they say it must be this problem and then fix it for this amount , then again the check engine light comes on after they say they fixed it. After they fixed it recently again I drove it another 45 miles and now the check engine light it’s back on. I drive a lot of miles for work so it go’s out of Warranty quick but been dealing with this since I bought the truck! I’m over it with them. This is ridiculous that they can’t find and fix a problem or admit this truck has a problem. It’s been in at least 3 times since November plus multiple times before that and costing me thousands of dollars and time and they still can’t fix it. They just keep throwing parts at it and not working. Baker is the worst dealership in Michigan or the USA to deal with and I’m not the only one that thinks this. I will be blowing this up on social media with my friends and family help. If Baker GMC doesn’t take care of this next step will be that I will call my Lawyer and GM.

Bought 75 Eldorado from the Commerce Twp branch. - scola1951

Bought 75 Eldorado from the Commerce Twp branch. Salesman, Chris, gave description of the car via website and e-mail. I hired an inspection service and Chris and the inspector took the car for a ride. The inspector's report confirmed everything Chris said. After I bought the car, with an easy $$ bank transfer, Chris called to say the car was on its way. It took 3 days. The car is even nicer than I imagined, Couldn't be happier.
