Do not let their inventory fool you*** Grade D dealership -$1699 processing fee -Can't get a legitimate pre-purchase inspection unless it's "their guy" -Can't get a warranty unless you finance through them More

On March 16,2024 I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and was so excited it came with everything I wanted in a vehicle, nice rims, sound system, tinted windows. Little did I know that is apart of the dealerships appeal to attract and swindle customers. Please don't be fooled! Only 9 days after purchase my jeep over heated and I was on the side of the rode broke down. I was imaginably disappointed but remembered that the sales person forcibly insisted that I purchased the “DKP paramount vital protection plan” in order to secure my loan and also as a type of warranty “if” anything shall go wrong. Well things definitely went wrong, first the warranty company they partner with did not provide the roadside assistance it was suppose to when it came to getting my car towed to the shop. Then once it made it to the mechanic shop I was informed the Jeep had a blown head gasket and the undercarriage was rusted out. Estimated as a $6,000-$7.000 job after engine tear down, parts and labor. The warranty company that the dealership sold me stated they wouldn't cover any of the repairs or even the expenses to even get the problem diagnosed. I’ve taken this car to two mechanics and they both classified this car as a Lemon!! I am now stuck paying a car note and insurance on a vehicle that remains undriveable that is parked illegally with expired tags due to it being unable to pass inspections for hard tags. The worst part of it all is the dealership has been made aware of all of these issues and concerns but has made less than a fair effort to help rectify the situation. The best offer they have came up with is $500 towards a $5000 + repair job . For a car I was only able to drive for 9 days!!!!!! This problem has caused so much stress, sleepnights and heart ache. I wish I would have never came to this place More

This is now affecting my health stressing me to the point on noise bleeds it didn't pass Maryland inspection to pass that was $4,000 in repairs what a big mistake this was even as I write this review it sit in my driveway dead. So to whom ever reads this review please please do not get involved with this group I got ripped off on the vehicle and the loan pushing false numbers. New Negative and positive battery cables New Alternator New fuse box and if it rains the instrument cluster goes crazy So in short I'm making my payments early on something I can't even drive. No way I should be taking a Lyft to work. More

When going over the final paperwork, sale price was $1200 higher than the listed price. Was told that was for the certified inspection. Was not disclosed prior nor noted anywhere on their website. Told it needed to be listed as part of the sales price and I had to pay sales tax on their inspection. Ended up buying the truck but left extremely unhappy. Would not recommend. Truck appears to be in great shape. Time will tell how it holds up. Had I not lived 2 hours away I would not have bought the truck. Be aware the listed price is not the true price. The dealer's response when I protested, "you need to get the out the door price." More

Bought a 2014 Durango. A week after I got it it overheated, got it back a few days later after they "fixed it" and it overheated again. They then said they fixed the issue and it was a radiator cap. A month later it again overheated. Come to find out they simply put gasket sealer in the vehicle to temp fix it. 3 weeks later my vehicle it still in the shop with a blown head gasket and cracked head. Asked for them to atleast provide me a loaner car and they said no because their previous 2 loaners they gave me had issues. Those issues where wrong with the vehicles when I got them and I informed them about it! Just shows that even the loaner cars are terrible and shouldn't be bought! Terrible and no one should EVER buy a vehicle from them. Talking to a lawyer now about getting this vehicle returned to them and my money back! More
