Brian was extremely helpful, gave me plenty of information about potential vehicles, helped to find an appropriate vehicle and he and Ed arranged for an extremely attractive leasing package. Further, as my family member had limited transportation available, the dealership kindly offered to arrange to pick him up and bring him to the dealer to complete the paperwork and take delivery. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Every detail was exactly as Brian and Ed described to me over the phone, and the process was highly efficient. Instead of the typical run-around, insincerity, and sketchiness that I had acclimated to with other dealers in the area, from my very first interaction with this dealership I was treated with friendliness, respect, courtesy, and flexibility. Doug, my sales consultant, knowledgeably helped me finalize my lease, and thoroughly explained the contract and specifics of the vehicle. Doug then went out of his way to ensure that I understood how to use all of the additional features on the vehicle, which I might otherwise have been clueless about. Andrea, the finance manager, patiently sat with me explaining my payment options until the dealership was a only few minutes away from closing...Andrea then proceeded to drive me to the nearest train station afterward, because it was raining. In short, this dealership not only fulfilled the specifications crucial to my ability to lease a car, but they were refreshingly humane throughout the entire process, as well.
