I felt the negotiation was effortless and fair, the sales person and manager cared about the car I was purchasing and could not have been more informative. I give this dealership a great rating. No pressure sales and respect was important to me and I was very happy with the whole process. More
I bought a "certified pre-owned" 2009 accent in I bought a "certified pre-owned" 2009 accent in july of 2012. During the test drive I noticed a knoking in the front end. Obviously the car was not c I bought a "certified pre-owned" 2009 accent in july of 2012. During the test drive I noticed a knoking in the front end. Obviously the car was not checked out. However they did fix the car but I had to wait 3 weeks. 4 months later my front tires were worn to the threads on the inside. I had to have the front end aligned and bought new tires. 3 months later, same thing, need new tires and alignment + new front struts. Pride would not honer the warranty. After 3 days of battling with the service manager (Krista was no help at all to say the least), they offered to fix the car on good faith. Picked up the car, still had worn tires, the front end shook badly...and the battery was dead...oh, and one of my head lites was out. YES, THATS 3 SETS OF TIRES IN 9 MONTHS.Took the car to an independent service garage the next week. The tires were badly unbalanced and the front end needed alignment, AGAIN?I had them do the work and the car drives fine now. Long story short. Hyundia does not honor thier warranties and the service department is the worst of worst. I just have to accept that I wasted my money on paying extra for a "certified pre-owned" car AND the extended warranty above and beyond the factory warranty and bring my car elsewhere. I would not trust these guys to change my windshield wipers. Sears would be better. More
Bought my car from Andrea last fall -- she really listened to what I wanted (stick shift, hatch back Elantra) and located a vehicle in the northeast. She is not only beautiful but she is great to listened to what I wanted (stick shift, hatch back Elantra) and located a vehicle in the northeast. And then, last week, when my radio suddenly quit I stopped by the dealership to find them in total upheaval with moving but some nice young guy (didn't get the name) took a few minutes out from the chaos to help me locate the proper fuse and presto! all fixed. Now THAT'S customer service. Happy customer, Constance Elson More
