I was in the market for a new car and found interest to the upcoming Veloster Turbo. I build the car and on the Hyundai website and send it to a few dealers and Pride Hyundai Lynn was the first to response the upcoming Veloster Turbo. John internet sales contacted me and told to me come by because they have one coming that's my preference. So I went down to the dealership and worked with Leroy to put a refundable deposit on the car which will be arriving soon. When the car arrived at the dealership Kenny the manager give me a call to come down. So I went down to the dealership the next and Leroy brought me out for a test drive and explain all the functionality of the car to me. Also the car had only 10mi on odo; Leroy held the car for me so no one could test drive or sell the car to someone else. When working with Leroy on the negotiation was extremely easy and fast. I got a great price for my trade-in and the price I wanted for the new car.The best thing about Pride Hyundai is that they don't charge "Market Adjusted" to the cars which most dealers does. On the day to pick up the car was a quick process; doing the paper works with Brian was very easy and quick. Before the left dealer Leroy took car of me and made sure I got everything I need and even gave me a tour and introduce me the some staff. I'm 100% satisfied with this experience on working with Leroy and Pride Hyundai of Lynn and highly recommend him. More
Went to consider buying a car. Did a test drive. Gave them credit information..I have a credit monitoring account..They made two inquires to my credit instead of one. which is not good. I told them I bought a car some place else.They then sent me a letter saying I do not qualify for a loan. What is up with this? I have good credit. Them by them doing two credit checks,I find it is not necessary and not good on my credit report. Then they send me a rejection letter after calling me and finding out that I bought from another dealer who approved my loan....This is petty........my credit points decrease with each inquiry......Thanks....... If you’re like me shopping for cars is worse than getting a root canal. I like looking at the cars but I hate negotiating the purchase. I’ve owned Toyotas for many years but decided I had to at least try the Hyundai Elantra since every review I read about the corolla mentioned the Elantra as a great competitor. I looked at the online stock for local dealerships and went to Pride Hyundai in Lynn, MA. I walked in the dealership and within minutes I was driving down the Lynnway in an Elantra with my salesperson Guersy Lindor who was explaining all of its features to me. Wow what a fun car! We got back and within another 15 minutes Kenny Bettano the manager had given me a price on my trade in and the price of the Elantra. The trade in price was more than I had hoped for and the purchase price was right on the mark based on internet research I had done. It was very simple, very clear and extremely fair. I had never had an experience like that at a dealership. The story doesn’t end there. These guys bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with everything and as it turned out it did take about 7 days to get an ELantra but at the time I bought the car all of the dealerships in the area were waiting for deliveries. When I completed the paperwork with Angel in the finance department he made sure I understood every aspect of the paperwork and patiently went over the figures with me several times until I was satisfied. There was no pressure to buy additional packages or warranties. He was extremely polite and extremely helpful. I would go back to these guys in a minute and tell everyone I know who is car shopping about my experience there. Every time I called them with a question they got back to me in about 5 minutes with an answer. This is the business model of the future. Hyundai should be exceptional proud of this dealership. We went to look at the sonatas. Test drove the Hybrid version. The agent that drove with us did not know much about the car itself. When it came to get a quote, they started playing the usual dealer games: kept us waiting forever, agent kept going back and forth between us and the back office for some reason, and when he finally showed up, he just went straight to the monthly payment and cash down requirements without even saying what cap cost he would give the car at. We had specifically asked to negotiate the cap cost first before deciding how much cash to put down. They completely ignored us and hoped that we would not care after waiting for that long. We just got up and left. Keep away. More
This is the first time I've ever posted an online review of any business. I'm furious. Because I have back and shoulder problems, I called Pride and requested extended solo test-drives of new and used So of any business. I'm furious. Mind you, every other dealer (Hyundais and non-Hyundais alike) has been understanding and accommodating. Not Pride. On one occasion, I was told a pre-owned vehicle w/ a specific trimline was available; when I came in (that day), it wasn't. Wasted trip. On another occasion, I was told I could take an extended solo test drive of another car. When I came in, I was told I couldn't take said test drive. I stormed out. Giving these guys another chance (they're located nearby), I called sales, explained my prior experiences, and was assured I could definitely take the car for an extended solo test-drive. I got names, I got clearance, I got assurances--the works. When I came in, all bets were off. Excuses abounded. They guys even lied to me: "We were told you were coming in late morning/noontime." I never said such a thing, and I'd never say such a thing, b/c I'm never available during those hours. I said I'd arrive early- to mid-afteroon, and indeed I did. Again, I walked out irate. And for the very last time, I promise. I realize I have "special needs" and require accommodation, but other dealers have been professional, understanding, and courteous. I've never dealt with such a bunch of two-faced, unscrupulous, unapologetic, unprofessional car salespeople as I have with Pride. And I've been around the block. More

It was my first time buying a brand new car & I was not looking forward to it. I had been to several dealers & ended up at Pride. That night I changed my mind, I felt I got a good price, but the car was going to be driven from NY. I called next morning & spoke to Kenny Bettano, he was understanding & told me he would start looking in the area. I asked about my deposit but he said me not to worry he would find me a car & if he couldn't my deposit would be refunded, no problem. Still nervous, I called other dealers. Eventually, I found one up in NH (45 minutes away) that had one car I wanted with more options for a better price. I called Kenny & told him. He didn't think it was possible at that price, but said take a look then let him know how it works out. An hour later in NH, the car was there but someone just bought it & the price listed on the internet was a mistake, so cars that were being delived two weeks later were priced over $1100 more! I felt mislead & was not happy. I called Kenny back AGAIN, & told him what happened. He said he was still looking for my car, offered me a few other choices in colors & options, but not what I wanted. Next day, they found the car, with everything I wanted at the agreed price & matched my APR from my credit union. Hopefully I won't have to buy a car for another 10 years, but if for some reason I decide to, I won't hesitate to go back to Pride in Lynn. More

My NEW 2011 Accent had a full tank of gas and it was all ready for me when I got there. Great place to purchase a vehicle and to service your car! More
