I had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan Mello, after going to many other dealerships and frustration we found ourselves here at Pride Hyundai wishing it had been the first stop. Dylan is by far the BEST sales person I’ve dealt with EVER in my years of purchasing cars! His personality is outstanding, he is so easy going and easy to work with,I never felt pressured,,he absolutely made my husband and I 100% comfortable, he found us the perfect SUV, His HONESTY was refreshing and not something you find in many sales people, it is very rare and I’m thankful to have dealt with him, he is greatly appreciated! I would recommend him to anyone I know including my own family honestly! More

Usually my experience is great but I see that you have new employees since I was in last which has been a while. I had an appointment at 7:30am, the gentleman at the desk proceeded to finish up paperwork new employees since I was in last which has been a while. I had an appointment at 7:30am, the gentleman at the desk proceeded to finish up paperwork that someone had left with a drop off of their car. He continued even as 3 more people got in line behind me. When I was able to check in 20 minutes later, he was having trouble with the printer but I never saw him go near the printer to see what the issue was. At 8:40 I still could not see where my car had gone in for the recall to be fixed. I went to the desk and he had my keys in hand and told me at that time(not at check in) that my car was going in then (printer problems) and that it would take 1 hour and a half to be completed. He knew that I was waiting for my car but did not tell me that at check in. I then left and said that I needed to get to work and I would make another appointment. I did not make one yet as I will need to drop off my car and you usually do not have vehicles to use so I have to wait until someone is available to give me a ride. Very disappointed in the lack of courtesy for someone's time and lack of communication. More

Courteous attitudes toward me and others who were waiting. Very surprised, shocked really, as to Cory in the Service Area inspecting the car being bought out from a lease then performing work to be d waiting. Maybe I should have but I didn't expect that. This proactive 'do the right thing' action sure made a positive impression on me inspiring trust and justified that sometimes you get what you pay for. :) More
