I leased my white Hyundai Sonata SEL on September 21, 2020.The salesperson I worked with was fabulous. He responded to my calls and emails right away. And provided me with a great deal. In addition, it was so easy to sign the paperwork, they had it ready for me to sign and review it and explained it. They even offered me an opportunity to lower my monthly lease payment slightly or get $75 back that I had overpaid. It's now October 9, 2020, I assume that $75 is coming in the mail soon. Tori was extremely nice! With me being pregnant I was extremely worried about being in the public with COVID being around. She was however brand new to Hyundai, so she was not very knowledgeable about the different makes and models, what each vehicle had to offer, how leases work, or other related questions to buying a car. She did however always do everything she could to find the answers to all my questions. Every time I asked something she would say “I’m not sure but I’m going to find that out for you.” The dealership was great. I have leases now 2 SUV’s from here and have not been disappointed. Also have to give a shout out to the finance guy Arty! He was awesome! So friendly and so helpful answering questions I had about my lease and adding an auto starter to my car. More
