Everyone was great, from the initial walk in to the final goodbye. Josh in Sales was great, Rob the manager was great,, and Mike in finance was absolutely out of this world. all i can say is scam scam scam!!!! do NOT do business with this company!! I’m currently working with the Atty Generals office regarding them!! they did what the atty called packing.. charging me for GAP with this company!! I’m currently working with the Atty Generals office regarding them!! they did what the atty called packing.. charging me for GAP insurance on a used car but they marked as new and pretended the service contract was for the existing warranty... it was not! When i went back in and brought this to Mike Docouto he screamed at me like i was an idiot... I couldn’t figure out why i was having financing issues because i had be preapproved for a specific amount... well the finance amount went up almost 4000!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Matt Santos and Wendell Jordan were extremely helpful explaining the condition of my car and the repairs I needed to have done.
