Service was for a recall, which turned out to just be a check of the ABS. No parts replaced apparently. However, when I got my vehicle back, many of the electronic systems in it had been reset, ranging fro check of the ABS. No parts replaced apparently. However, when I got my vehicle back, many of the electronic systems in it had been reset, ranging from climate control, AV, door alarm, and so on. I'm certainly fine with any changes that need to be made as a result of a system check, but it would be nice to know that when I retrieve my vehicle. I had to sit in the parking lot for a while figuring out what had changed and if it would impact my ride home in the dark. There was no notice of this on the service receipt I received, and the Service Advisor didn't mention anything. They also left the headlights turned off (instead of set to Auto). This last one is a bit of a running joke at this point because I mention it literally every time I go in for service, and every single time, they leave it off when I get my vehicle back! Again - no problem turning anything off while the vehicle is being serviced, I would just like it returned to me in the condition I left it, or otherwise provide me with a list of what had to be reset or left off as a result of the service being performed. The team at Pride works hard and does a great job, but there always seem to be small glitches that stop them from being exceptional. More

I had a bad experience this last time I leased a car. It took me 4 weeks to get my car inspected and on the road. The identification number on the documents they gave me to present to the Inspection Statio took me 4 weeks to get my car inspected and on the road. I had to go back to the station 3 times and it still was not fixed until Tony Fernandes got involved in my problem. More
Misdiagnosed the problem resulting in another tow to the dealer and loss of the car for an additional day.
