Pride Hyundai of Seekonk responded

Dear Mr. Palnik, We are so sorry you were not 100% satisfied with your recent service visit. Our goal is always to leave our customers with a positive experience... it's disappointing to know you did not experience that. When your vehicle was towed to our facility for a no-start issue the battery test showed your battery was no good. As such, we replaced the battery and the vehicle started up. We tested it several more times and each time the vehicle started without issue. When your vehicle was brought back in the second time, the issue was with corrosion on the pin inside the fuse box. There was connectivity causing the vehicle to start but if you were to hit the fuse box and the pin or the corrosion moved it could lose connectivity. As a result hitting a bump, going over a curb or pot hole in the road could cause the pin or corrosion to move thereby causing a short and losing connectivity. That issue did not present itself the first time. I'm very sorry if that wasn't explained to you as it should have been. It is certainly an issue we will discuss in the next staff meeting to ensure details such as these are properly explained. I hope this has cleared up the situation.
