We are so very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced trying to get an oil change at our facility. You are 100% correct that it should never take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and the advisor should have updated you on the status of your vehicle long before she did. We have addressed this in the staff meeting to ensure it does not happen again in the future. We understand how valuable time is and that it is not to be wasted or mishandled. We will certainly do better in the future. I hope you will give us another opportunity to prove to you just how much we value you as our customer.
