Right from the start - Jasmine and Natalie were first contact from online interest. Walked through the door and Josh assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in, explaining everything from purchase contact from online interest. Rob the GM took me through both financial options and rates being offered, appraised my trade, deal seemed fair and Mike in finance took over with the lease I was interested in. When I entered the dealership I had never even driven a Hyundai - Josh was great, and the “No Pressure” approach was appreciated, PRIDE is definitely the right name for the dealership because they certainly take pride in making a customer satisfied!!! More
