A lot of sins can be covered over by the words "Sold as is". First they "sold" me a service I did not want some type of "low jack" system which I had to return to the dealership to actually turn on. Second is". First they "sold" me a service I did not want some type of "low jack" system which I had to return to the dealership to actually turn on. Second, Alberto told me as was able to get in to my nice new ..... and drive way. (This after over 2 hr. wait, lord only know what the $1,500 processing fee went to!) Got a full tank of gas, that was a lie, had only a 1/4 tank. Had over a hour drive, luckily there was a gas station just down the street. Was working around the .... Found the jack was rusted closed, and had no tools either. But, "sold as is." Bottom line, if I had seen these reviews to begin with I would not of even driven by this place. Their "offices" look like the worst examples of "boiler rooms" one sees in the movies were guys are trying to sell worthless stock options. At one point in the sale Alberto actually "escorted" by the arm me down to their waiting room because I had finished with the "closer" and was sitting at his desk. I am sorry I am over 60 years old I don't need some little kid "escort" me anywhere. If they did not what me up in the office, just say so and I would of stepped out. Bottom line for anyone who may read this. And looking for a dealership... Choose some place else!!! More
Bought a car from them recently, I was told it was mechanically sound, but after an independent mechanic looked at the car that was emphatically not the case. Despite multiple attempts to contact the mechanically sound, but after an independent mechanic looked at the car that was emphatically not the case. Despite multiple attempts to contact the dealership since they are completely ignoring me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
Im so done with this place! First of all, they sold me a car with an oil leak!...i drove it all the way back home 3 hours away, called them a couple weeks later to ask them First of all, they sold me a car with an oil leak!...i drove it all the way back home 3 hours away, called them a couple weeks later to ask them to fix it. Everyday I called they said "we're busy" and asked me to call another day. Then, when I finally get in touch with Alberto, he says he'll call me back, twice, and never did. He said he would schedule me with the maintenance shop to get it fixed, and never actually did. One guy even had the nerve to say, "oh! We'll buy it back from you, for a lesser price"... Scam! Now, im waiting for them to mail me the title so I can register it with my bank, and guess what... they never sent it! I call the office again and no one answers the correct line. I call the sales department, and once again, some freaking salesman tells me "were busy". He said "were busy helping costumers"...like im not still a costumer! Seriously, this shop is soooo unprofessional! I'm overwhelmed, I'm frustrated. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and skip them. More
I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler on January 9th. Before leaving the lot I noticed that I had an error message reading “gascap”. Diab told me it was because the gas cap was loose. On my way home, 1.5 Before leaving the lot I noticed that I had an error message reading “gascap”. Diab told me it was because the gas cap was loose. On my way home, 1.5 hours away, the car stopped. Funny for that repair Alberto sent me a cashapp to cover the needed repair. Ever since I have had nothing but issues. And it only has 88165 miles on it…something is fishy. I will definitely be seeking a lawyer. More
My husband purchased a Hyundai sonata on 3/12/2025 from prime motors signed the paperwork around 1pm he drove the car home and before 4pm the check engine light came on. They will not take the car back. We prime motors signed the paperwork around 1pm he drove the car home and before 4pm the check engine light came on. They will not take the car back. We paid for the car in cash so it’s not refundable where as If you finance the car you have 24 hours to return the vehicle. 3 hours. Tough xxxx. Not their problem. I was hung up on multiple times trying to speak to the manager. We took the car to our mechanic who we trust. $600 for the repairs. Roberto who sold us the car said “I’d expect nothing less for an 11 year old car”. He said we could bring the car back and run their own diagnostics on the car and repair what “their” diagnostics say is wrong. To be perfectly honest I don’t trust them to touch the car again. With the amount of disrespect I wouldn’t be surprised if they made it worse. We got scammed. Congratulations manny on your sale of a broken vehicle to a family that was just trying to buy a dependable vehicle. 0/10 do not reccomend. More
Worst experience ever had at a dealership and there committing Bait and Switch fraud stay away. They had me sign contract put insurance on the car and took my down payment and I was driving. Then coupl committing Bait and Switch fraud stay away. They had me sign contract put insurance on the car and took my down payment and I was driving. Then couple weeks I called about tags they asked me to come sign some paperwork, when I get there they had me waiting from 4:30 to 6:50 until someone finally told me they keeping the car and I needed a co signer and they trying to keep my down payment More

That is just what I have found SO FAR. When I purchased this vehicle, I was so excited. The interior looked great and so did the outside. It also ran well. The HUGE mistake I made because I trusted people AND I shouldn't have, is that I should have had it inspected and if they refused to let me - which they definitely would have - I would have walked away. I have never had an experience like this, and I have only ever purchased used vehicles. They should be ashamed of themselves. There is NO WAY they didn't know these problems existed. You can claim to sell something "as is" but when you intentionally hide problems, you are committing fraud. If I was informed of these issues and decided to purchase the vehicle, that on me. I was told that they "certify" all their vehicles before they sell them (THEY do, not a third party, so everything is certified). After reading a lot of reviews, it appears as if the "check engine light" coming ON is common shortly after the vehicle has been purchased. They are disconnecting the battery and/or clearing out problem codes in order to get the light to not illuminate so the buyer doesn't see it. It takes driving the vehicle to reset and engine engage to get the light to come back on. That is called a scam, that is called fraud. Glad I didn't purchase the warranty because apparently that is a scam too. Not sure how these people live with themselves or sleep at night. I am in about 3K in to fix all these issues. Go to a dealership and purchase a used vehicle. Every time I have done that, it came with at least a 30-day warranty, or it was certified pre-owned. Also, I was told they needed a "deposit" to just "hold" the vehicle while I decided if I wanted it. They (the Finance Manager) NEVER said it was a non-refundable down payment and that if you don't purchase the vehicle, you are out of that money. When you think sleezy car salesmen that are liars and scammers, this is what they are referring to. This is the Prime Motors on King Street in Arlington Virginia in case they want to claim that I am reviewing the wrong business. More
